A tendencia mindenk\u00e9ppen pozit\u00edv a gy\u00f3gyszerell\u00e1t\u00e1si rendszer \u00e9s az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szektor finansz\u00edroz\u00e1sa szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>A k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9s gy\u00f3gyszert\u00e1mogat\u00e1sra sz\u00e1nt teljes \u00f6sszege j\u00f6v\u0151re 431,7 milli\u00e1rd forintban van meghat\u00e1rozva, ami majdnem 10%-os n\u00f6veked\u00e9s a 2020-as k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si szinthez k\u00e9pest.\u00a0 A k\u00f6zponti k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9sben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 teljes gy\u00f3gyszert\u00e1mogat\u00e1s alapvet\u0151en k\u00e9t r\u00e9szb\u0151l tev\u0151dik \u00f6ssze; az \u00e1llam \u00e1ltal biztos\u00edtott gy\u00f3gyszert\u00e1mogat\u00e1s kiad\u00e1saib\u00f3l \u00e9s a gy\u00f3gyszergy\u00e1rt\u00f3k befizet\u00e9seib\u0151l keletkez\u0151 c\u00e9ltartal\u00e9kb\u00f3l.\u00a0 Mindk\u00e9t k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si t\u00e9tel az idei \u00e9vhez k\u00e9pest 7-10%-kal n\u00f6vekedett; a v\u00e1llalati szektor hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa kisebb, m\u00edg az \u00e1llami finansz\u00edroz\u00e1s nagyobb m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben.<\/p>\n<p>Pozit\u00edv v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s az is, hogy jelent\u0151s (13-14%) n\u00f6veked\u00e9st mutat a nagy \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 (t\u00e9teles finansz\u00edroz\u00e1s\u00fa, k\u00fcl\u00f6n keretes \u00e9s finansz\u00edroz\u00e1sba m\u00e9g be nem fogadott) k\u00e9sz\u00edtm\u00e9nyek t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1ra sz\u00e1nt k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si elk\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00edt\u00e9s is.\u00a0 A k\u00f6zgy\u00f3gyell\u00e1t\u00e1sra ford\u00edtott t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s \u00f6sszege 2021-ben 17,3 milli\u00e1rd forint lesz, ami k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl megegyezik az idei \u00e9vben e c\u00e9lra allok\u00e1lt \u00f6sszeggel (17 milli\u00e1rd forint).
